Organic Garden - Wild ARC
The organic garden is an oasis next to the staff and volunteer break room where a small supply of greens are planted and harvested for the herbivores we have in care. The garden was re-invigorated by a valuable volunteer in 2020 and promises to be a fruitful addition to the nutritious diet provided to patients.
Annual maintenance costs include weeding, planting, and ensuring a reliable water supply for thirsty plants. Sponsorship will support annual running costs and supporters will have their name or that of an honouree displayed for one year as well as receive a certificate displaying their support. In addition, supporters will receive an invitation to the facility during our Open House event each spring.
